No. Chips Story works fully offline. Your data will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

Go to the Home tab and tap 'New Tournament'. Enter the tournament name, then map each chip color to its denomination. You only need to do this once per event.

Yes. Chips Story works with any casino's chips. You define the color-denomination mapping yourself during tournament setup.

Not yet — AI chip counting is coming soon. For now, you enter the counts manually after taking a photo. We'll notify you when automatic counting is available.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. You can also email us at felix@seip.consulting.

No. We never sell your data. We only use third-party services (Supabase for storage, Mixpanel for anonymous analytics) to operate the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
